Clip: Season 4 Episode 442 | 5m 52s
Budget negotiators close to agreement
As talks continue on a fiscal year 2016 budget for state government some deals have been made. Again lawmakers plan to plug financial holes with one times funds this time from the Rainy Day account, Unclaimed Property fund and by raiding various state agency revolving funds. That would still leave a $300-million plus hole to fill which will apparently come from more budget cuts.
