eCapitol News Director Shawn Ashley discusses the end of the 2015 legislative session. Lawmakers passed a texting while driving bill, prescription monitoring legislation. Legislators also passed a budget, but took most of the session to do it. The Governor has until June 6th to sign or veto bills.
