State Senator Jerry Ellis says it is clear some injection wells that dispose of waste from oil and gas drilling are causing the earthquake swarms in parts of Oklahoma. He is meeting with Corporation Commissioner Dana Murphy and geologists to find “common sense” regulations to try and slow down the rising number of earthquakes.
