Oklahoma's state budget is feeling the impact of low oil prices. The state is already facing a 300 million dollar budget hole, due to the loss of one-time revenue, falling oil prices, and a tax cut which takes effect in 2016. Most observers believe the budget hole will grow larger when the state equalization board meets in February.
