A new study of the 50 states places Oklahoma near the bottom for family finances. Oklahoma students are now mastering skills many adults are lacking, as they attain financial literacy before graduation. And a proposal to finish the American Indian Cultural Center and Museum passes the Senate, but likely faces an uphill battle in the House.
