Taking months to release public documents has resulted in another lawsuit against Governor Mary Fallin. Scientists say the state will have to limit the amount of water being injected underground in order to lower Oklahoma's earthquake surge. And with oil and gas more plentiful than a half a century ago, many oil producers say it's time to lift the export ban, this week on ONR.
