Candidate filing starts the coming election season with a bang.

Candidate filing marks the official start to the election season. This year saw a record number of filings, with 419 candidates filing for more than 300 elected seats. Both Oklahoma US Senate seats, all 5 US Congressional seats as well as Governor and Lt. Governor will be contested in November.
