Oklahoma City schools looks for ways to keep troubled kids in school.

Oklahoma City public schools lead the nation for the number of black male students who are suspended or expelled from school. Superintendent Robert Neu says Oklahoma City-County Health Department is staffing 16 pilot schools to help students who may have health issues that interfere with their education. Neu says a change of culture has to occur from the top down in the district.
