Senate majority leader Randy Bass says a 300 million dollar projected shortfall means state agencies will face budget cuts next fiscal year. Bass says State Treasurer Ken Miller predicted the shortfall when the legislature passed a tax cut which takes effect in January of 2016. Bass also questions whether Oklahoma is actually balancing the budget as required by the state constitution.
