Governor faces competing interests in considering support

With this week's legislative approval of the controversial public records bill, attention is now turning to what Gov. Phil Murphy will do: sign, veto or conditionally veto. Several observers and experts spoke about what's at stake for the governor in whether to sign revisions to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), which many advocates have said will only tighten access to public records.
