Over in Germany…we fought the Germans. They respected the Red Cross.

In the Pacific. I don’t know, never been there, but they say, how they didn’t respect the flag, and medics or anything. And the Germans did. You put a Red Cross on and they wouldn’t shoot at ya. But they would if you didn’t…At the end of the war every vehicle there was painted white with a big cross on it. That’s the truth too.
