Senator Mitch McConnell's office says the money is from the Infrastructure Investment Act that passed two years ago.
The money will help Clinton move and upgrade its sewer lift station, which moves wastewater from lower to a higher elevation.
Clinton's mayor says the lift station benefits homes, businesses, schools and nursing homes.
