Many areas of South Carolina experienced what experts have described as a “fire hose” of tropical moisture that directly hit the state. No one could have anticipated the catastrophic damage of this 1,000 year storm. We talk with officials from the S.C. Emergency Management Division and the S.C. Department of Public Safety about the destruction this flooding has caused the state.
