Former inmates on parole have their right to vote restored

NJ and other states are giving people who are released from prison the right to vote.

New Jersey Institute for Social Justice has been campaigning to end the connection between voting and the criminal justice system. Their latest campaign features hundreds of videos of people who were formerly incarcerated on why it’s important.
