In Paterson, the public school district has launched "Confidence Closets" for schools. The closets will be installed in 33 schools and in private areas to give K-12 students access to toiletries they often go without because their families cannot afford them. Eight schools will also receive new washers and dryers, where students can launder their school uniforms.
