Now Approved By FDA, At-Home Testing for HIV Virus May Save Lives

The Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday approved the first over-the-counter HIV test, which will soon allow Americans to learn whether they're infected with the virus in the privacy of their homes. Gwen Ifill discusses how the test works and its potential impact with Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institutes of Health.
