Libyan Adviser to Rebels: 'Miserable' in Tripoli Amid Gadhafi Stalemate
Britain announced Wednesday that it would be added to the list of more than 30 countries, including the U.S., now giving diplomatic recognition to the Libyan rebels' National Transitional Council.
