Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told a group of diplomats in Geneva that "it's time for Gadhafi to go," as several countries moved to tighten impose sanctions and other measures on Gadhafi, his family and other senior Libyan government officials. Jonathan Rugman of Indepedent Television News reports on new violence and protests from Libya's capital, Tripoli.
