News Wrap: Israeli Tanks Fire Retaliatory Shells Into Syria for Second Time

In other news Monday, Israeli military fired shells across the border into Syria for the second time, after Syrian mortar fire landed in Israeli-controlled Golan Heights. Also, a new coalition of Syrian opposition groups launched a campaign to win recognition of a government-in-waiting to take over control from Assad's regime.
