Twin attacks in Norway killed at least 16 people on Friday, when a bomb shattered a government building in Oslo, and a gunman opened fire at a youth camp on the island of Utoya. Judy Woodruff discusses the latest developments with Norwegian Public Broadcasting's Anders Tvegard and Reuters' Finn Hagensen.
