For Thomas Heidenberger, the emotional scars are still fresh. His wife, Michele, was the lead flight attendant on American Airlines Flight 77, which flew into the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001.Heidenberger -- a founding director of the Pentagon Memorial Fund -- discusses the meaning and design of the memorial, which is dedicated to the 184 people who were killed there 10 years ago.
