Hello, everyone.
It's time for the 2025 PBS Reno Writers Contest.
If you are in kindergarten through third grade, we hope you're ready to write and illustrate your very own story.
We have an exciting new theme this year.
Are you ready?
This year's theme is Someday Have your parent or guardian visit PBS Reno dot org to get everything you need.
Parents and teachers visit our website, PBS Reno dot org slash writers contest.
We have all the materials your child needs to get started.
Just download print and get creative.
Each story needs to be at least five pages with five illustrations.
The word count is different for each grade level on the cover sheet.
Make sure the front is an illustration with the title of the story on the back.
Write the child's name and the word count.
The deadline to submit is Friday, March 7th.
We are so excited to see what kind of story you can create about someday.
