PBS Wisconsin Archives: Preserving Educational TV History
Clip | 45s
We digitize decades of broadcast history to preserve Wisconsin’s public media legacy.
PBS Wisconsin actively preserves our over 70 year history of producing public educational television. We digitize and restore programs from our very beginnings in 1954 as WHA-TV and across our production history. From broadcasts originally recorded on 16mm film to others on at-risk media formats, we provide access to a living record of Wisconsin’s creativity, learning and public service.
