- We need five of every color!
- So what do we tell Mac?
- That's it, you genius Cat!
A number line will tell us how many cans we need!
- Huh?
- Starting with red... ♪♪ We know that we have four cans ♪ ♪ But we must have five cans ♪ ♪ So how many more cans?
♪ - Uh... - ♪ If there's already ♪ ♪ Four cans, then to get to five cans ♪ ♪ We will need one more can ♪ - ♪ One two three four ♪ ♪ To get to five we need one more ♪ - One more red, please, Mac!
- Very good, Monsieur.
- See?
Four cans plus one can equals five cans.
These signs mean plus and equals.
- Oui, oui.
- There ya go.
- Thanks Mac!
Now in terms of blue... ♪ We just have three blue cans ♪ ♪ If we add one two cans that will equal five cans ♪ - Two blue cans, Mac!
- ♪ Three plus two more ♪ ♪ Equals five we can be sure ♪ - Voila.
Meaning, here ya go!
- Now brown!
- One, two cans plus one, two, three more should do it.
- ♪ Two plus three more ♪ ♪ Gives us five, we can be sure ♪ - We're doing the Can-Can!
- Can we call it the Can Can-Can?
- We can!
We have only one green, so we need one, two, three, four more to get five.
- I'm all over it.
- ♪ One plus four more ♪ ♪ Gives us five, we can be sure ♪ - Badabing-badaboom.
