This cake is amazing and it goes so well with a Canvas White blend from 868 Estate Vineyards. If you don’t like coconut, use graham crackers or vanilla wafer cookies but the coconut to me really sets this cake off from others I have tried. I have also made this in a dark chocolate version and it is spectacular.
