Mexican culture was celebrated during Arte Americas first ever Pinata Festival.
Arte Americas in downtown Fresno hosted their first ever Pinata Festival on May 27, 2017. It was a day of making and breaking pinatas. In Mexican culture pinatas are filled with candy and small toys and are broken as part of a ceremony or celebration. Arte Americas hopes to hold the Pinata Festival again next year.
