Police Board May Remove Chicagoans from Gang Database

Controversy over the Chicago Police Department's gang database at City Council meeting.

A divided City Council has voted to give the Chicago Police Board the power to remove people from the police department's gang database. Some alderpeople are critical because the vote comes as the rules governing the controversial system have yet to be finalized. WTTW News reporter Heather Cherone joins us with more.
