In Europe, anti-establishment, populist political parties are on the rise, a development playing out as Austrians prepare to select their next president on Sunday. The race pits the left-leaning independent candidate Alexander Van Der Bellen against Norbert Hofer, the leader of the right-wing Freedom Party.
