NJ Transit meets PTC deadline with little to spare

NJ Transit was finally certified Friday by the FRA as a PTC transit system.

All it took was global pandemic, an 80% drop in ridership and the threats of heavy fines from federal regulators but NJ Transit was finally certified by the Federal Railroad Administration as a Positive Train Control transit system.
