The strike began September 15th.
8700 workers at the Ford truck plant in Louisville joined the strike October 11th.
The UAW now says it has reached a tentative deal with Ford as part of that deal.
Workers will get a 25% raise over four and a half years, plus cost of living raises.
It would add up to about $40 per hour for top scale assembly plant workers by the end of the contract.
That deal still needs approval by Ford's 57,000 union workers.
It's hoped that the Ford deal could set the pattern for other agreements with the other two automakers with this deal.
Workers have returned to the Louisville Ford truck plant.
