As learning becomes more differentiated and more informed by science, educators adapt and evolve. At a school in Alexandria, Virginia, students are taught with a focus on the arts, the environment and other avenues to develop their unique intelligences. The students named the school after Howard Gardner, the Harvard psychologist, who put forth the Theory of Multiple Intelligences.
