Sen. John Hottinger (DFL - Mankato) and Sen. Sheila Kiscaden (R-Rochester) are on opposite sides of a way to control prescription drug costs for elderly, low income and uninsured people. He wants a variation of a law in Maine, and she says that's "price control" and not good. She says Republicans already have a plan in place and it was, and will be, expanded to cover those needy people.
