Gaston Family Health Services (GFHS) serves its low-income community in the Charlotte area. It is leading a partnership committed to improving health outcomes through strong community outreach and listening processes. Host Anita Brown-Graham looks at how the GFHS tackles obesity, food access issues and lack opportunities for physical activity as key ways to improve the lives of residents.
