Once again, the coronavirus is surging across the state and country. But, help is on the way, according to Dr. Anthony Fauci. Two experimental vaccines appear to be extremely effective, and the pharmaceutical companies are seeking emergency use authorization. Once a vaccine is available, the next challenge is distribution. Who should get it first? And how do we make sure distribution is equitable?
