In 2014 half a million people in Northwest Ohio experienced a three-day loss of drinking water due to excessive algae blooms in Lake Erie. Tom Henry, veteran Toledo Blade reporter, and local activist Markie Miller, who represents Toledoans for Safe Water, joins Jason Hibbs to discuss where we stand in regard to solving the water quality problems in the lake.
