Many NJ residents are struggling to pay utility bills, and the grace period preventing utility shutoffs will cease at the end of this year. As part of Utility Assistance Week, the state is trying to raise awareness of programs to help people who are behind on their bills. BPU president Joseph Fiordaliso discusses what help is available and how far behind residents are in paying their bills.
