They kind of have a hip lean.
Some of them lean forward a little bit.
They're either super narrow with their feet or they're super wide with their feet.
So having a good shoulder width is a good stance.
So you can balance yourself a little bit up on your toes.
So you don't want to grip the bow, basically called white knuckling it.
If you white knuckle it, you can torque the bow left or right, up or down.
You want a nice loose grip.
The bow's not going to go anywhere in your hand.
A lot of people, when they first start, they really squeeze the thing because they think they have to hold on to that because it's going to jump out of their hand.
So this is a small diameter arrow, not your typical hunting arrow.
This one, I have a little bit more weight up front to have a little bit more kinetic energy.
So once I get my arrow nocked, I check my feet position, I get my release on my bow, I set my grip, I look at my target, and then I start my drawing the slice from PBS North,
