And while we do that, I'm going to throw it over to Christina.
Okay.
Thank you very much.
Very good.
Round one I'm going to bring Paul in here real quick to talk about there might be a challenge and you're guessing what it could be.
Well, I saw the coach, over there working on something in that answer on motif and light motif, we might see something, with that.
So, we'll see what happens to that.
This is a really close game.
And, a couple of interesting facts.
The the, the, Scranton coach talked about how her son had been here, and now grandson's here.
That's very cool.
But what we're going to have here is we're going to have our third first time champion, in a row this morning.
So we've had two this morning, and we're, whoever wins this game because this is the first time for both schools to be here.
Yeah.
For the teens.
So let's talk a little bit about their challenges.
There is a challenge.
And so just for those that don't know who calls the challenge is how does it work.
And what do they actually looking for when there's a challenge.
When there's a challenge the it's it's usually you're looking for an alternate answer that you're what your, your player said.
You want to and they say it's not an answer.
You want to confirm that.
So they'll look it up.
They've got five minutes.
If they, do a challenge, wants to get it presented and done.
And so they'll look up evidence, and I saw the coach over there working on an iPad.
And which led me to believe that we might have won.
So obviously, you want all the points that you believe you deserve.
Is there any strategy to calling or not calling a challenge?
Yeah.
You can, when you're not sure.
I know when I was coaching, sometimes you'd call when just because you need to slow the game down a little bit if it was going too fast.
Just to see if you maybe could get that, others.
It's, you know, it's a lead pipe sense, as my dad used to say, you know, you're going to get it.
But, but a lot of times you just don't know.
Depends on the judges and what they the and the evidence the coach presents.
Okay, that makes sense.
Well, thank you so much.
And we are going to let them work through this challenge while we take a quick break.
But we'll be right back after this.

At the end of round two, we do have a challenge.
So I'm going to throw it back to Christina while we deal with that challenge.
Okay.
And we do have another challenge.
So I'm going to bring Paul back in to talk about what might be going on.
Do you have any ideas?
Well, I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure the coach may have rethought it and said, you know what?
We are going to challenge this.
And so it looks like right now the coach of Scranton is at the table with the judges.
So we'll see what it is.
But I think it's on that motif question.
I think the player said leitmotif and the judges said, no.
Guy Perkins came back, said motif.
That's the correct answer, but we'll see what latitude the judges can find in the literature to to confirm or deny.
So while they work hard on figuring that out, I want to mention something that you brought up a second ago that one of these teams is also a rock band.
Is that the Scranton guys are a rock band.
Yeah.
So I thought that was pretty cool.
They actually do gigs and, I do want to say a guy Perkins told me, they are a little scrappy, so we need to watch out the rest of the game.
So they're a little bit of a scrappy team.
So yeah.
Yeah, the personality is a little bit about who we have here.
So we are going to let them work on this challenge.
And we are going to take a quick break.
We'll be right back after this.
Next time.
The bride killing my goddaughter was one of them.

You have a police record.
We have a witness that placed you at the bank this morning.
Who are you with?
Tonight at nine.
And welcome back.
We had a second challenge right before the break, so we're going to head over to the quizmaster for an update on that.
Jacob.
Thank you.
Christina.
Yes, there was, there was a challenge.
And the judges have ruled that, due to various languages being used in the, answer, that the challenge was overturned.
And our scores are correct, as you see on the board.

This is such a close match.
The closest we've had so far.
You can feel the intensity in the air.
What's been some of your takeaways?
This is about as close as it gets.
About two to go.
And, Guy Perkins is up by 20, so they'll probably call a timeout right now to kind of go through some strategy, what to do, what not to do in a game like this.
Scranton came screaming back in the fourth quarter.
Nathan really kind of led the way there with some of that stuff.
Get them back in that game.
Because we were talking.
It's hard to come back from 50 or 60, but they're back in it, so who knows what's going to happen.
As a coach, how do you strategize?
What do you tell both sides to do?
Well, it's it's it's tough right here.
I mean Scranton is in kind of a go go spot.
You got to kind of go, Guy Perkins has got to go, but they kind of kind of sit back a little bit because you don't want to give something away.
To Scranton.
So I'm sure, Coach Cummings is telling them right now he's got a strategy.
He's going to tell them what he wants them to do, and, they'll carry it out.
And how nerve wracking is that for them?
And what impact does that?
It's incredibly nerve wracking.
I know it was coaching.
It's nerve racking, nerve racking you when you're about to, you know, just, but, the, the the kids, they're so cool under pressure.
They just they just they're just amazing to watch.
So it's going to be a it's going to be a good one.
We'll see what happens.
I feel like I'm more intense over here than they are up there.
