Already, one spirits is building a bourbon project in Lexington.
Governor Andy Beshear is office says the spirits maker is building a nearly $5 million facility that will, quote, honor the past and future of Lexington's connection to the bourbon industry.
The project will include tours, tasting rooms and an event space.
It will be located in the Commons, which is a 40 acre mixed use development that is under construction in downtown Lexington.
It's expected to be complete by 2025.
