Governor Bashir was on hand for the campaign kickoff at the state capital.
He signed a proclamation declaring Salvation Army Red Kettle Month and he posted this statement, quote, The Salvation Army's red kettles and bells are a sign that Christmas is around the corner.
It was great.
Kicking off the season with the Salvation Army, reminding everyone we can all donate and volunteer to help our fellow Kentuckians.
Together, we can make a difference.
