Ten years ago, thousands of protesters flooded the State Capitol to protest a budget repair bill that later became 2011 Act 10. Former State Capitol reporter Jason Stein, who is now the Research Director for the Wisconsin Policy Forum, reflects on the impact Act 10 has had on Wisconsin in the decade since.
