Artists and creative businesses ranging from music recording studios to performance spaces have been reimagining former mill buildings to create workspaces. Some of these properties date back to The Industrial Revolution, requiring the artists to use creativity and an open mind to modernize the facilities and tailor them to their contemporary needs.
