That's the state board investigating him.
Grossberg is accused of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior.
The hearing lasted more than six hours and wrapped up just before our broadcast.
Our June Lefler takes a look back at how the nearly yearlong investigation has unfolded at Grossberg.
Counsel and a prosecutor made their cases to the Ethics Commission behind closed doors today.
Former Democrats in the state House and other women showed up to testify against the Louisville Democrat.
Multiple women have alleged Grossberg made sexually inappropriate comments.
A Lexington Council member who is transgender alleges Grossberg asked her about her genitals.
The Ethics Commission first began looking into the allegations last July following reporting by the Lexington Herald-Leader.
Gross, Berg's fellow Democrats, have called for his resignation, booted him from committee assignments and removed him from their caucus.
Meanwhile, he's denied any wrongdoing.
Last August, his attorney told the paper Grossberg has a, quote, neurodivergent diagnosis which throughout his life has caused him to make some people feel uncomfortable.
First elected to the state House in 2022, Grossberg ran unopposed in last year's election.
He said he intends to seek reelection in 2026, where he has already drawn an opponent in the primary.
A committee out of Frankfort may decide Grossberg fate.
It says there is probable cause that Grossberg has violated state law.
The commission offered him a settlement that would have kept him in his seat, but force him to pay a fine and seek mental health treatment.
He denied that offer last week.
For Kentucky Edition, I'm June Leffler.
Thank you.
No action was taken following today's hearing.
The commission may decide next steps at its next meeting.
