The Lexington Herald-Leader reports Democrat Daniel Grossberg, of Louisville, pleaded with a circuit court judge to intervene in a state investigation against him.
The judge denied Grossman's motion.
Hours after the hearing, the Herald-Leader reports Grossman's court complaint says he's been denied his due process and was targeted for being Jewish.
Leaders of Grossman's own party have been calling for his resignation, including Governor Andy Beshear, who was asked about Grossberg Friday night in Owensboro.
He is not a victim.
He should resign.
Daniel Grossberg needs to work on himself and not work in Frankfort.
The Kentucky Legislative Ethics Commission, the body investigating Grossberg, offered him a settlement last week, which he refused.
That commission meets tomorrow morning.
