KPCC reporters have the latest on cuts to LAUSD school police, public swimming pools and employment numbers. KPCC’s David Wagner has some insight into why some local businesses are struggling to get employees to return to work. The Los Angeles Unified School Board voted this week to take $25 million from the school police budget and put it towards social workers and counselors at schools.
