Reports suggest North Korea making missile-ready nuclear weapons. What should the U.S. do?

The Washington Post reports that U.S. intelligence officials have concluded that North Korea has developed a nuclear warhead small enough to fit inside its missiles, believed capable of striking the U.S. Former State Department official Wendy Sherman and Melissa Hanham of the Middlebury Institute join Judy Woodruff to discuss the reports and U.S. policy on North Korea.
