A co-founder of Siris Capital talks about representation for people of color.

Frank Baker, managing partner and co-founder of Siris Capital, shares the factors he believes will help to increase the representation of people of color in the financial sector. Baker first became aware Reginald Lewis when he worked at Goldman Sachs the summer of 1992 as a summer analyst, which came about as a result of participating in the Sponsors for Education Opportunity Scholars Program.
