GOP Senate Leaders shelved a healthcare vote, Ohio State wants to help low-income students

Senate Republicans again failed to deliver on their seven-year promise to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. This week GOP Senate Leaders shelved a vote on the most recent repeal bill after it was clear they didn't have the needed 50 votes. Plus, Ohio State University says it wants to help low-income students afford a college degree.
