"Had it not been for being able to work from home — I don’t know how I would be getting paid, you know?" says family advisor Jenna Lee. She's working remotely after omicron closed her daughter's daycare center. Both the COVID-19 pandemic and technologies like Zoom are helping the workplace shift increasingly into remote mode.
