EVEN THEIR FAMILY DID NOT KNOW THAT WHAT THEY WERE DOING WAS HARD.
>> THAT WAS THE INITIAL STEP TO START CREATING THIS AND HELPING TO SUPPORT THESE ARTISTS .
>> WE STARTED WORKING .
AND TO BE WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I WORKED FOR A LONG TIME.
WE DIDN'T HAVE THAT AS PART OF THE PROFESSIONAL WORK.
UNTIL WE STARTED RECEIVING THE HELP TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR US.
THAT CHANGES.
WE ALSO SEE HOW THEY DEVELOP ALL THE TIME.
TO SEE THAT PEOPLE GIVE THEM MORE SUPPORT AFTER THEY ARE HERE.
THE IDEA WOULD BE THAT PEOPLE GIVE THAT TO THEM PEOPLE, AND GIVE THAT SUPPORT EITHER WITH OR WITHOUT.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO SEE THAT WORK CHANGE THEIR LIFE.

>> ALSO, IF WE TAKE OUR OWN PERSONAL INTEREST SOMETIMES AND GIVE ALL OF OUR ENERGY AND RESOURCES, EVEN OUR PERSONAL RESOURCES, AND NO PEOPLE NEEDED FOR SUPPORT.
AND AND SOME MOMENTS, WE HAVE TO TAKE THIS WITH THE PEOPLE WE HELP.
AND PEOPLE WITH COMPLEXITIES.
>> AND WE HAVE RECEIVED SUPPORT FROM OTHER PEOPLE.
AND IN MANY CASES, VERY EMOTIONAL.
YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE.
ASSOCIATE THESE PEOPLE AND THESE FAMILIES, VERY COMPLEX LIFE.
AND MOST OF THE TIME, FAMILIES DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT PLACES FOR THEM TO WORK OR SOCIALIZE.
AND THEY DON'T EVEN MEET OF THE PEOPLE LIKE THEMSELVES.
SO THEY CAN THEY CAN SHARE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES AND HELP THEM IN A BETTER WAY.
